Requirements: JD from an Accredited Law School / Admission to the GA Bar / +1 Years of Insurance Defense Litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist in negotiating settlements and agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- JD from Accredited Law School
- Admission to the GA Bar
- +1 Years of Insurance Defense Litigation
