Well-established law firm with over 60 years of history, is seeking an Associate Business Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team in Sacramento, CA.

Who you are:
2-5 years of business litigation experience
Experience with depositions, discovery, and legal research
Bankruptcy litigation experience (a bonus, but not required)
CA Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
What you will be doing:
Collaborating with the litigation team to solve complex legal problems
Engaging in persuasive legal writing and law/motion proceedings
Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions
Conducting thorough legal research and managing discovery processes
Growing within a dynamic and supportive legal team
