Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales. Your strong background in PCB, sales, and account executive skills will be essential in achieving our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to secure new business opportunities- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Generate new leads and convert them into clients through effective networking and relationship building- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's products and services- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for growth- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of competition
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the PCB industry- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and technologies is highly preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
