Responsibilities:
- Lead construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements
- Monitor progress and adjust plans for quality and efficiency
- Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Experience with contract negotiation and Civil 3D software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
