We are actively looking for an experienced Controller with experience with a general contract/construction management firm.
The ideal candidate is an organized multi tasker with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and great communication.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Construction reporting and accounting
-Procore invoicing, project collections
-Sales Tax reporting and compliance
-Effective Communication with member of the project team
-Oversight and backup for AR/AP
-End of month accounting functions.
Experience with Procore and Intacct strongly preferred
