We are seeking a Corporate Associate with approximately 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience, including private company M&A and venture stage financing.
Job Description:
The corporate attorney is responsible for providing legal counsel on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory compliance. The attorney works closely with other departments within the company to support business initiatives while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of corporate law experience
-Juris Doctor
