- Strong Compensation ($250K - $500K)

- Handle a small number of high-quality personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
- 3+ Years of Experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Auto Accidents preferred)
- J.D. or Esquire
- Colorado Bar License
- Litigation background required, trial experience preferred
- Skilled in drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
- Competency in Case-Management Software
