Seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with an elevated level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes of work. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.
Planning and implementation to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule
Coaching, supervisory, and development responsibilities
