Growing Texas-Based Plaintiff Law Firm Hiring Litigation Paralegal in McAllen, TX or 100% Remote
Tech-driven plaintiff personal injury and insurance litigation firm based in McAllen, TX, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of litigation experience and be bilingual (English and Spanish). This position also offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely.
Compensation and Benefits:
$20-$25+ per hour, based on experience

Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience
Proficient in e-filing in both state and federal courts
Strong skills in discovery, litigation support, and legal templates
Experience with Clio or similar legal software
Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Managing cases from start to finish in plaintiff personal injury and insurance litigation
Drafting and filing documents in state and federal courts
Assisting attorneys in preparing discovery, pleadings, and other legal documents
Maintaining case files and keeping all documentation up-to-date
Supporting intake and virtual staff with case setup and ongoing communication
