Are you passionate about creating a safer future in construction? Our well-established, our company is rapidly growing and we're on the hunt for a dedicated Safety specialists to lead our safety program to the highest standard.

As our Safety Specialist, you'll be the champion of our safety mission, working hands-on with crews on-site at least 50% of the time to deliver engaging, impactful safety training. You'll take charge of our safety protocols, using top-tier resources to ensure every team member is equipped to work safely. With a mix of field and office work, your role will be pivotal in keeping our sites running smoothly and injury-free.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily safety inspections on construction sites, swiftly addressing any violations.
Lead safety trainings with teams and document progress, helping build a company-wide culture of safety.
Collaborate with teams to create a zero-injury environment and deliver weekly safety reports.
Start each day at job sites, then wrap up with administrative tasks in the office.
Manage your schedule to cover all job site inspections effectively.
Conduct hands-on training across various construction disciplines: demolition, concrete, excavation, and framing.

Qualifications:

5+ years in construction safety
Bachelor Degree in Safety or equivalent experience
Basic construction knowledge, including structural framing and concrete work
OSHA 500 certification (preferred)
Proficiency in tool and site safety, Microsoft Office, email, and iPad use
