We are a quickly growing CPA firm based in Brooklyn, New York, and we are looking for someone who hit the ground running, is very detail-oriented, highly driven, efficient, discreet, and self-organized. We offer everything from individual & business tax preparation, retirement & financial planning, tax planning & compliance, consulting services, and more!
**The ideal candidate will be open to commuting on-site 2 days a week, but 100% remote will be considered**
- Review of individual and business tax returns (1065, 1120-S, 1120C), including multi-state reports (e.g. NY, NJ, CA, and PA)
- Prepare estimations, analysis, planning, and research on various tax topics.
- Oversee the tax team's preparation of various tax papers and the company's US federal income tax return.
- Keep abreast of legislative and tax policy changes at both Federal and state levels.
- Maintain close client relationships, prospecting, and assisting with building a sustainable business.
- Competitive Salary: $100k-125k
- Remote flexibility - 2 days on-site is ideal, but open to 100% for the right candidate

At least 3+ years of experience with a combo of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Master's a plus!)
- 1+ yrs in a supervisory role
- CPA or other relevant certification

- CCH pFX, CCH engagement, Bloomberg BNA
