We are a Commercial General Contractor based in Missouri, specializing in design/build and construction management projects for retail, industrial, institutional, and professional office buildings, ranging in project size from $1M to $20M. All of the travel required with the position is regional, currently have projects in Kansas City and St. Louis, among others all over the region surrounding Missouri.
Position Overview: The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for managing construction activities and ensuring customer satisfaction on multiple job sites. The Traveling Superintendent will oversee the overall progress of the job sites, ensuring that safety standards and timelines are met, and will be required to travel to job sites throughout the US.
