Established (40 Years) Law Firm Seeking Senior Insurance Coverage Associate in Atlanta
An established firm (40+ years) based in Atlanta is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney with 3-8+ years of experience to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases in first-party and bad faith insurance coverage litigation.
Offer:
$120,000-$150,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience in first-party and bad faith insurance coverage litigation
Member of the Georgia Bar or eligible for membership
Admission to federal district courts in Georgia
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of insurance coverage matters, including first-party and bad faith litigation
Drafting pleadings, motions, and coverage evaluations
Conducting legal research and managing document productions
Taking and defending depositions
Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for trial
Drafting and revising insurance policy forms and proposed provisions
Drafting appellate motions and briefs
