Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, particularly in litigation and workers' compensation cases. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to workers' compensation cases.
Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategies.
Represent clients in hearings and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and explanations about their cases.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of case files and correspondence.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
1-3 years of experience in litigation or workers' compensation law preferred.
Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
