What You Will Be Doing

- Partner with clients on general accounting needs - bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, etc.
- Implement efficient project management and workflow methods prioritizing timeliness, accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Build strong connections with clients year-round while demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their businesses.
- Collaborate with partners to stay informed about industry developments, analyzing challenges, and proposing solutions.
- Nurture an environment of continuous learning, fostering your leadership and interpersonal skills.

What You Need for this Position

- BS in Accounting or Related Field
- 2+ Years of Public Accounting Experience
- Ability to Generate New Business while expanding client relationships
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
