Construction Project Manager - Retail
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee retail construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in the retail sector, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple retail construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for construction.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the retail or commercial construction sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
