Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage K-12 education and public works projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design requirements are met
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in K-12 education or public works projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations
Experience with design-build project delivery methods
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficient in project management software and tools
