Electrical and Instrumentation Technician

Position Overview
The Electrical and Instrumentation Technician will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical and instrumentation systems. This position involves troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various electrical and instrumentation equipment in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on PL/1 programming and controls for manufactured gas applications.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal operation.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment and instrumentation tools.
Implement and modify control systems for manufactured gas applications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Document all maintenance activities and repairs in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
Proven experience as an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
Familiarity with PL/1 programming and its applications in manufacturing environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
