Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Brookfield, WI
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000/year Base Salary
Founded in 1974, we are one of the top choices in our area for commercial and industrial electrical projects. We mostly focus on dental office and surgical center projects in the Southeastern Wisconsin areas
We are looking for a Electrical Project Manager that has strong experience with planning, scheduling, cost management, estimating, and supervise the electrical scope of projects from start to finish within commercial, and industrial sectors (preferably dental office and surgical center experience).
1) Plan and organize a project
2) Prepare project estimates, scope, and present proposals to clients
3) Interact with vendors to secure best project pricing
4) Train and effectively supervise Project Engineers in the company philosophy and systems
5) Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
6) Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and General Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets
7) Supervise the preparation of any and all change quotations for presentation to the prime client. Negotiate all change quotations to a conclusion
8) Prepare monthly costing reports
9) Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client
1) Bachelor's degree in construction, construction mangement, or related field; or related construction experience (Preferred)
2) 5+ years with Electrical Project Management
3) Skilled with estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control,and team management
4) Expereinced working on projects within Commercial, and Industrial sectors (preferably dental office and surgical center experience)
