Position Overview
The Executive Director is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of our assisted living community. This role involves strategic planning, community engagement, and maintaining high standards of care and service for residents. The Executive Director will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and foster a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the residential community
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance community engagement
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Manage budgets and financial performance
Lead and support staff in delivering quality services to residents
Foster relationships with residents, families, and community partners
Implement programs and services that meet the needs of residents
Monitor and improve resident satisfaction and well-being

Qualifications

Residential Community Administrator's License
Proven experience in a leadership role within assisted living or property management
Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
Excellent personnel management skills
Experience in long-term care management
Knowledge of census development strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
