Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. This role involves representing clients in premises liability, bodily injury, and construction defect cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex legal and factual issues
Conduct extensive legal research and develop defense strategies
Prepare and file complex pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in depositions, trials, and alternative dispute resolutions
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the Florida Bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in premises liability, bodily injury, or construction defect litigation
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent negotiation and client interaction abilities
Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage deadlines
