Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex insurance defense cases before courts and agencies.
Draft key legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analyze complex insurance law issues.
Negotiate favorable settlements to protect clients' rights and interests.
Lead court proceedings, presenting strong cases for optimal results.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Strong understanding of insurance law and legal procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
