Lead and Manage - Oversee survey teams on staking, boundary, topographic, and drone survey projects while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Client Engagement - Build relationships, manage expectations, and ensure seamless project coordination from start to finish.
Project Execution - Prepare and process lot line adjustments, parcel maps, final maps, condominium plans, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
Quality Control - Direct and supervise survey crews, maintain field and office standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Stakeholder Communication - Work closely with clients, officials, contractors, and project teams. Attend meetings and public hearings as needed.
Mentorship - Share expertise with less-experienced staff, fostering growth and development within the team.
3D Mapping Proficiency - Leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance project efficiency.
AutoCAD Civil 3D Mastery - Navigate and optimize designs with ease.
Survey Standards & Procedures - Ensure best practices in both field and office operations.
Strong Organization & Time Management - Keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Experience: 8+ years in land surveying or a Bachelor's degree in Surveying + 4+ years of experience.
Licensure: Licensed Land Surveyor in California or LSIT ready to take the LS exam.
