Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer with expertise in TEMPEST to oversee the design, development, and implementation of systems that comply with electromagnetic security standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all systems meet rigorous TEMPEST requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of TEMPEST-compliant systems and equipment.
Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) assessments and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers in the execution of TEMPEST projects.
Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and receivers to evaluate system performance.
Develop and review schematics and circuit designs related to TEMPEST applications.
Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet all relevant security and performance specifications.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate TEMPEST solutions into larger systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on TEMPEST and electromagnetic security.
Certification as a Certified TEMPEST Professional (CTP) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in operating test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and receivers.
Strong understanding of analog and digital logic design, schematics, and circuits.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
