What you will be doing

Maintain all records.
Provide assistance to attorneys in determining filing strategies.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct legal research as necessary.
Communicate with clients and answer inquiries in a professional manner.
Identify potential issues and provide solutions.
Ensure all information is kept confidential.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Paralegal.
Strong organizational abilities and the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
