Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: Richmond IN (will relocate the right candidate if needed)

Salary: $28-$32+/hour

Position Overview
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and managing maintenance schedules and plans to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities. This role is vital in minimizing downtime and optimizing maintenance activities to support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and resources.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and maintenance activities.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and equipment manuals to plan maintenance activities effectively.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in maintenance practices.
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor maintenance budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of materials and labor.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with CMMS software and its application in maintenance management.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
