Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
Our Oil & Gas client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join their team in Western Houston. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance their brand presence and drive business growth. This position is designed for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and has a strong focus on B2B strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, and social media.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Manage and grow the clients social media presence on LinkedIn, by working with the design team in creating posts, monitoring posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- SEO Optimization: Improve website content and structure for enhanced organic search performance. Conduct keyword research to refine our SEO strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on marketing performance to make improvements.
- Brand Messaging: Collaborate with the design team and manage the development of brand messaging, ensuring consistent representation across channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Operations, Product, Design) to align goals, messaging, and strategies.
