We are a well-established PNW mechanical contractor! Our project history includes education, k-12, healthcare, data centers, etc. We are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Portland, OR!

Also looking for Project Engineers.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating with field supervisor & other personnel
- Produce & manage project schedule
- Track & forecast financials to report to executives
- Assemble estimates, budgets & proposals
- Contract negotiation
- Attend project meetings (and others as needed)
- Manage relationships with clients

What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 3+ years project management experience
- Experience with mechanical, HVAC and/or plumbing
- Experience with projects $10M+
- Effective communication & organizational skills
- Experience with estimating, change orders & negotiating
- Proficiency with Excel
