Title: MEP Project Manager
Location: Oglesby, IL- on site
Salary: $90k-$100k + benefits + bonus

Position Overview
We are a nationwide engineering group focused on enhancing energy efficiency for commercial mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Due to growth, we are now seeing an experienced MEP Project Manager. This PM is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from conception to completion. This role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee MEP project planning, execution, and completion.
Coordinate with design teams and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Conduct risk assessments and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Facilitate stakeholder relations and maintain effective communication with all parties involved.
Prepare and review project documentation, including RFPs and project review reports.
Implement quality control assurance processes to maintain high standards of work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, specifically within MEP sectors.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relations.
Experience with budget management and project planning.
Familiarity with quality control assurance and risk management practices.
Professional certification such as PMP is a plus, ability to obtain in first year
Experience in industrial installation projects is advantageous.
