Title: Operations Director - Industrial Manufacturing
Location: Alsip, Illinois (Greater Chicago Area)
Salary: $175,000-$185,000/Year + 7-10% Bonus, Equity & Relocation Assistance
Requirements: 5+ Years as a Plant or Operations Director for a Manufacturing site with over 200+ employee's. Candidate must have a track record of lean systems, & implementing them through their management styles. Experience with CNC Machining and Injection-Molding is a plus for this role.
The Operations Director is responsible for leading the growth and transformation of our manufacturing operations. The position will provide hands-on leadership to associates while driving and improving capabilities of new and existing processes and equipment. This role is responsible for driving key performance metrics including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) while ensuring continuous improvement and achieving targets.
