Position Overview
The Preconstruction Manager serves as the main contact for preconstruction projects, requiring skills in both estimating and operations. They must understand and present project estimates, logistics plans, and schedules. Leading the preconstruction team from setup to GMP completion, their goal is to ensure projects are ready for construction and likely to succeed.
