Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and multifamily construction, with a proven track record of managing ground-up projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and recommend solutions.
Maintain documentation related to project progress, changes, and financial expenditures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience managing commercial and multifamily construction projects, particularly ground-up.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
