Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in hospital, skilled nursing, and/or nursing home construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing AHCA projects (hospitals, skilled nursing, and/or nursing homes)
Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations and standards
