Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior residential construction project management and prior experience with insurance reconstruction projects. This role will involve working closely with subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and customers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all phases of residential insurance reconstruction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency in project execution.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims management.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare and present project updates, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders and upper management.

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction project management, with a focus on interior residential projects.
Proven experience in insurance reconstruction.
Experience dealing directly with both homeowners/customers and insurance adjusters.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with industry software and tools; experience with Xactimate and Xcelerate is a plus but not required
