With Mid-West and West Coast Ties, Sydney has connected with people from all different backgrounds. Born and raised until age 8 in Dearborn, Michigan, Sydney despised her parent's decision to move her and her brother to Southern California. If only she knew then what she knows now. A proud Saddleback Community College transfer and UCLA graduate, who found a love for recruitment after interning for Michael Page her senior year of college. After a year stint in entertainment and living it up in West Hollywood post college, Sydney traded her dream of pitching actors for Hollywood Movies and TV Shows with pitching candidates nationwide for a wide array of roles. So, she loaded up the Honda Fit and moved back to the OC. Sydney took on a role at CyberCoders and has continued to move up the corporate ladder over the last 5.5 years. She is now a Recruiting Manager managing a team of 8 other recruiters, while also managing a full desk. Her passion for recruiting has only grown throughout the years. Amongst her work accomplishments, Sydney and her husband recently purchased their first home in the Great Park within Irvine, CA.
