Senior Accountant
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage general ledger activities and month-end closing processes.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to enhance financial planning.
- Prepare and review tax documents and ensure timely filings.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems for improved financial operations.
- Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and Intacct.
- Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting techniques.
- Excellent understanding of compliance regulations and tax preparation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
