Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant
Location: Iselin, NJ (or Miami, FL, Los Angeles, CA, Grand Cayman)
Salary: $90k-$120k DOE + Performance Bonuses

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage tax compliance and advisory services for clients in various industries, including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise and client-focused approach will be valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
Research and interpret tax laws to provide accurate and strategic tax planning advice.
Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
Assist in tax audits and examinations by government agencies.
Identify and implement opportunities for tax savings and efficiency.
Stay updated on new tax legislation and its implications for our clients.

Qualifications:

CPA license or progress toward obtaining one preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Taxation is a plus.
3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax compliance and planning.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
Experience with tax software and technology; ProSystem fx or similar platforms preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
