We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage multifamily construction projects in Houston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout each project. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost-effective execution.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, regulations, and quality control standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or delays, ensuring smooth operations.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess the progress of construction and quality of work.
Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress.
Implement and enforce safety and environmental standards on-site to maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure proper documentation of daily site activities, work performed, and any incidents that arise.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or residential construction.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Experience managing subcontractors and leading on-site teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
A commitment to maintaining a high level of safety and quality on the job site.
