About Us
Our company is a leading provider of engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction (EPFC) services, specializing in aboveground storage tank construction. With a commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, we deliver critical infrastructure solutions across energy, industrial, and specialty sectors.
Because of our growth, the Above-Ground Storage Tanks Division is looking for a Superintendent. This division is responsible for the Design, construction, and maintenance of these new builds.
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with project teams, and leading crews to successful project completion.
Responsibilities
Train and mentor field personnel to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
-5+ Recent years of Construction Field Leadership Experience.
-5+ Recent years of Aboveground Storage Tank Construction Experience
-Professional Welding Experience (API 650, API 653, and AWWA D100 standards for tank construction)
-Proven experience in managing field crews and subcontractors on large-scale industrial projects
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, welding symbols, and engineering plans
-Experience with crane and rigging operations.
-Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
-OSHA Cert
-Ability to travel to job sites as required.
