What You Will Be Doing
We're looking for a seasoned public accountant to join us as a Tax Manager, bringing at least five years of experience to the table. The right candidate will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and technical expertise. Our firm delivers a wide array of services, including taxation, advisory, compliance, audit, and accounting, catering to a diverse range of clients such as securities funds, private-equity and venture capital firms, real estate companies, private foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities

Review Tax Returns: Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including scheduling, staffing, timing, and technical issues.
Engagement Completion: Identify and address problem areas with minimal oversight.
Staff Management: Supervise and mentor staff, guide through technical challenges, and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
Performance Evaluations: Conduct semi-annual evaluations and manage ongoing employee performance.
Client Relationships: Maintain and grow client relationships through professionalism and superb client service, and collaborate with Partners to pursue new clients.

What You Need for this Position

Must-Have Skills:
