Tax Manager

Position Overview This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, globally connected environment that integrates tax advisory, audit, and business consulting. The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and strategic planning for individual and corporate clients, ensuring adherence to complex regulatory frameworks while optimizing tax positions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Conduct in-depth tax analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies tailored to corporate structures and international tax considerations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, navigating evolving tax laws.
Provide insights on tax matters, collaborating with clients to align strategies with broader financial goals.
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, fostering professional development and technical expertise.
Stay informed on regulatory changes, leveraging interdisciplinary resources to maintain compliance and strategic advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and public accounting.
Proficiency in tax software, preferably CCH Axcess or CCH Access.
Strong expertise in corporate taxation and tax provision analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex tax concepts.
Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity in tax advisory and compliance strategies.
