Assistant Project Manager
Location: Greensboro, NC (HYBRID)
Salary: $55,000 - 70,000 + Bonus

Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Reconstruction Project Manager in all aspects of rebuilds once the mitigation process has been completed. This includes project planning and execution, ensuring that all project components are completed on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating with various teams, sub-contractors and third party insurance adjusters to facilitate communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and report on status
Help manage project budgets and timelines
Utilize Xactimate for estimating and project tracking
Support the Project Manager in problem-solving and decision-making processes
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project management or construction
Familiarity with restoration processes and techniques
Proficient in Xactimate software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
