Process Superintendent

Position Overview
The Process Superintendent will oversee the operations and management of industrial processes preferably in a cold storage facility. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of production operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process management and be able to lead a team in improving production performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage construction projects in the cold storage facility to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards within the facility.
Lead and mentor a team of process operators and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and scale-up processes.
Manage inventory and supply chain logistics related to cold storage operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an industrial or food processing environment.
Strong knowledge of cold storage processes and equipment.
Experience with energy management systems and alternative energy solutions is a plus.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other departments.
