Established (40+ Years) Full-Service Law Firm Seeking Attorney in Irvine, CA
An established California-based firm specializing in workers' compensation and insurance litigation is seeking an Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This Associate will have 3-7+ years of experience with insurance or workers' comp litigation and be open to working in Los Angeles, CA at least 3 day per week.
Offer:
$130,000-$180,000+ contingent on experience

Hybrid remote flexibility (Up to 4 days remote contingent on experience)
No set billable requirements
Qualifications:
2-7+ years of workers' compensation defense litigation experience
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of workers' compensation litigation
Consult with clients, provide legal advice, and develop litigation strategies
Prepare and execute plans for trials and depositions
Negotiate and resolve legal matters on behalf of clients
Maintain organized case files and ensure consistent client communication
Collaborate with firm colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal support
