An established NYC-based law firm with over 75 years of history is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This position is ideal for an Attorney with 5+ years of experience in complex real estate litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, commercial lease issues, and property disputes.

$150k-$250k+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Proven expertise in real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and property law
NY Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Representing clients in real estate litigation cases, including landlord-tenant and property disputes
Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Conducting discovery, depositions, and preparing for trials
Advising clients on legal strategies and options for litigation
Collaborating with clients and other attorneys to resolve complex litigation matters
