Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Food Manufacturing
Location: Lebanon, IN - ON SITE
Salary: $85,000-$95,000/Year + 7-10% Bonus
Requirements: 5+ Years of Maintenance Supervisor Experience within a Food/High Speed Manufacturing facility will be needed for this role. Experience leading a team, of Maintenance Techs, and other teams will be needed for this role. An understanding of PLC's and troubleshooting will be needed, as well as CMMS systems. What You Will Be Doing
Ensure the proper and timely completion of all scheduled and unscheduled machine repair activities.
Coordinate the daily workload for assigned Shift Process Technicians.
Ensure that all the available maintenance resources are appropriately deployed to best support the operation.
Support Operations as needed to ensure optimal run efficiencies for products.
Support the Maintenance team to ensure the highest quality of work is completed and work is completed on time.
Schedule and execute a daily maintenance plan based on the production schedule and maintenance workload needs.
Provide technical assistance and support to production management.
Assist in training and development of Maintenance Technicians.
Help with diagnostics and troubleshooting with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
Review work orders to ensure PM's are correct and report needed updates to the Manager
